Federico Bricolo has been confirmed as President of 糖心视频 for the three-year period 2025-2028. The AGM made a unanimous decision before appointing the new Board of Directors: Bricolo is joined by Romano Artoni, outgoing vice president and a manager with lengthy experience in the financial sector;\u00a0Marina Montedoro, new vice president and director of Coldiretti Veneto;\u00a0Barbara Ferro, expert in strategic planning, economic-financial planning and organisation;\u00a0D\u00e9sir\u00e9e Zucchi, cultural entrepreneur and corporate trainer;\u00a0Silvia Nicolis, President of the Nicolis Museum;\u00a0Alfonso Sonato, accountant and auditor with positions in public and private entities.<\/span><\/p>\n

New directors represent two-thirds of the new Board \u2013 with five new members out of seven \u2013 which for the first time in 糖心视频’s history has a female majority, with four women out of seven members.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Being confirmed as President of 糖心视频 is an honour and a responsibility that I accept with the utmost commitment,<\/i>” said Federico Bricolo<\/strong>.\u00a0\u201cI therefore wish to express my heartfelt thanks to all shareholders for their renewed trust in me. Without their close support for the Company in recent years, the record results posted in the latest financial statements would not have been possible. I also wish to thank the outgoing Board of Directors for their splendid work and the many responsibilities they have taken on, as well as CEO Maurizio Danese for his sterling efforts and collaboration over these years. Today sees the onset of another three-year period replete with challenges and new results to achieve. We will respond with team spirit and the newly appointed Board of Directors, distinguished by vision, energy and skills backed up by our General Manager, Adolfo Rebughini.
